HOW WE CUSTOMIZE YOUR DAY TOUR
Process is very simple.
1. CALL OR GO TO CONTACT US
2. WE CONSULT YOUR TRIP THROUGH COMMUNICATIONS via Email/Call/Messenger.
3. Pay THE TOUR FEE ONLINE.
4. SEE YOU AT YOUR HOTEL IN THE MORNING!
RESERVATION NEEEDED
WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE SAME DAY TOUR FOR PREPARATION PROCESS.
PLEASE, CONTACT US AT LEAST 2 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE YOU ACTUALLY USE THE TOUR.
SOME TOURS MAY BE REQUIRED 7 DAYS OR EARLIER FOR THE SAME REASONS AS ABOVE.
TOUR DURATION
May vary from 10 to 12 hours (including driving time and lunch time).
We are flexible for departure(start) time.
(ex.) if you want to go to sun rise at airport mesa at 6 AM, we can show you at your hotel 30 min to 45 min earlier than the sunrise time*.
*In this case the tour begins at 5:30 AM and the tour will be finished around 3:30 - 4 PM.

Minimum Capacity: 1 person a tour*

WEATHER
Due to the bad weather (ex. Heavy Rain, Flush flood etc.) we may have to change some tour schedule. Most of the time we do not cancel when it comes to a rain. Rain in Arizona is "Gift from God and Mother Earth" and it means "welcoming".

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
